Advertisements for businesses can be added to this section for a charge of $30.00 per quarter or $100.00 for the year (note this is a rate increase beginning January 1, 2008). To submit items to be added to the classified directory, either call us at (814) 443-3001 or complete the 'Classified Ad Submission' eForm. Individual items for sale by community residents should be submitted under the 'Items for Sale by Homeowners' section.
